LimeCloud founder and Director, Paula Byers, has written about the importance of digital skills in digital transformation for the latest edition of XU Magazine, issue number 18 out today.
If you've not come across it before, XU Magazine is the independent magazine run by Xero users, for Xero users. The magazine is aimed at the ever growing community of Xero subscribers. Through her role as Chair of Digital ND, Paula is part of the Steering Group of TechSW and sits on the Heart of the South West LEP Digital Skills Partnership who have been focussed on digital skills for the region in recent months. In her article, Paula writes about the importance of digital skills and the widening gap between those businesses who are keeping up and those who are not. In particular, she talks about digital skills as a driver for digital transformation within an organisation.
